Breathe And Bliss Out

Enjoy 2 hours to stop the world, take time for yourself and relax.

Vince and Gaile are back to work their combined magic to help bring you to a state of deep relaxation.

Working through any tension you may be holding, you will feel your body and mind slowly let go as you begin to breathe more deeply.

While you breathe in the softly scented air and listen to tranquil background sounds, Gaile will use a combination of fascia release techniques and stretches to release the soft tissue and muscles that surround your diaphragm and breathing muscles.

Vince takes over to use the deeply relaxing postures of restorative yoga to lull you into a blissed out state of body and mind. We finish with eye pillows and a complete wind down with yoga nidra meditation.

WARNING – you may not want to leave!


Who can do it

You need to have some Pilates or Yoga experience, no injuries or issues unless you are already working with us. You also need to be able to get up and down from the ground without assistance. Please wear suitable outdoor clothing that can get sandy.
