The Elements Of Nature classes are co-taught by Gaile Dean and Vince Starr using the flow and energy of Restorative Pilates and Yoga to harness your strength to balance against the wind or to work with it.

There’s nothing like crawling through the grass with the wind in your hair!

Who can do it

You need to have some Pilates or Yoga experience, no injuries or issues unless you are already working with us. You also need to be able to get up and down from the ground without assistance.
