Natural Elements Pilates Yoga

Information on the third of a series of four classes tuning into the elements of nature, will be added soon.

The Elements Of Nature classes are co-taught by Gaile Dean and Vince Starr using the flow and energy of Restorative Pilates and Yoga to harness an element of nature and use to build a strong outdoors practice.

It’s an energetic time and we also get the changes that the recent summer solstice is creating. We will work with the earth beneath our feet and the sounds and smells of the woodland.

There’s nothing like feeling wind in your hair, the ground beneath your feet, the sound of Vince drumming and the gentle laughter of the group as we try to balance against the forces of nature


Who can do it

You need to have some Pilates or Yoga experience, no injuries or issues unless you are already working with us. You also need to be able to get up and down from the ground without assistance. Please wear suitable outdoor clothing that can get sandy.
